Credits are the currency used in Routin app and are used for certain actions, such as optimizing or sharing routes. The credit consumption of an optimization process is calculated based on the number of stops on the route. 10 credits are consumed for each stop on the route. You can re-optimize the same route up to three times within 6 hours. When you add new stops to your route and want to optimize again within the free optimization limits, credit is consumed only for the newly added stops. If you re-optimize the route more than three times within 6 hours, credits will be consumed again for all stops on the route. You can see credit consumption information before optimizing your route.
We pay map data providers for address lookups. Therefore, you cannot use the application only to search and edit addresses without consuming credit. If you do not use the stops you added in planning, your usage will be analyzed by the system and 5 credits will be consumed for each stop not used in planning within the scope of fair usage conditions. When you reach a certain number of planned stops, this status is automatically checked and removed from your account.
By subscribing, you can use the application without a credit system.
Monthly Starter Plan purchased in-app automatically renews monthly.
You’ll see the total price before completing payment.
When the monthly subscription is canceled, the user continues to use these subscription features until the end of the period. When the time expires, automatic renewal is not performed and the user returns to the credit system.
You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your AppStore, Google Play or iTunes account settings.
To avoid renewal, you must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your subscription ends.
Account, credits and subscriptions can only be actively used on one device at a time.
